Management Team
Al James, owner and founder, has assembled a compliment of Officers and Managers that have some of the best experience and education in the building component industry. The total of 11 officers and Managers has over 303 cumulative combined years of housing and construction management experience. That number equates to an incredible average experience of 27.2 years each. This experienced team is also educated with degrees in Commerce, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, Forestry, MBA, and Business Accounting. Our Engineering department has two registered professional engineers. All of the managers have hands-on experience in the shop or at the construction site to better help our customers solve their problems. The management team is very proud of the workforce and all of the professional work and services that they produce every day. Whether we are speaking of our Professional Engineers, architectural designers, sales staff, estimators, truss and wall designers, purchasing, accounting, drivers, truss assemblers, wall builders, door builders, window experts, warehouse stockers, service department personnel and other production workers; we are very happy to work together to achieve greatness in our products and services.
