Custom Panelized Home Packages have many of the same advantages described under the TrussMark Homes® Panelized Home packages section, such as using time saving framing techniques that take advantage of using floor and roof trusses in combination with engineered wall panels. Often, customers have their own plans drawn by their architect or residential designer. Customers will also order plans from magazines or get them from other sources. If the customer has their own source for the architectural plans, Timber Truss can still apply the structural systems "FasTrac" Design techniques to that plan.

Plans that are sourced from other parts of the country may not meet local and regional standards for loadings, stair geometry, general size requirements of special features, and foundation types that are used in other regions.
